RENTAL AGREEMENT
It is the responsibility of the person or company renting this equipment to ensure that all possible precautions are taken to avoid damage to the inflatables and injury to people. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY:
GUIDELINES
These inflatables have an age limit of 12 years old, Please ensure that no one over this age are allowed to use this equipment, no adults are allowed inside at any time.
NO FOOD, DRINK OR CHEWING GUM IN OR AROUND THE INFLATABLE. This will avoid a CHOKING RISK and keep the unit clean.
SHOES, GLASSES, JEWELRY AND BADGES MUST be removed before using the inflatable to avoid injury to people using the equipment.
LIABILITY WAIVER
THIS RENTAL EQUIPMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED IN GOOD CONDITION AND WILL BE RETURNED IN GOOD CONDITION (ordinary wear and tear accepted)
Customers assume responsibility for injuries to person or damages to property, and agree to release and hold Talaya's Tiny Tot Party Studio (Tiny Tot Mobile Parties) harmless for any all claims, of whatsoever causes while renting this equipment.
In the event that damage does occur, customer agrees to pay Tiny Tot at least 50% of the total purchase of the equipment.
